Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("User" or "Member") and 96won ("Company", "We" or "Platform"). These Terms govern the use of the 96won website, including all games, services and features provided.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms means you accept those changes. 96won reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via methods determined by the platform.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register a 96won account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at 96won. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of any related balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your login details with any other party.
• Notifying 96won immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate and up to date.

96won bears no responsibility for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

96won accepts deposits via secure local payment methods that are fully supported by the platform. The minimum deposit for each method is RM20.

96won does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own charges which are outside 96won's control. Funds that have been deposited can only be used for betting purposes and cannot be transferred directly to other users.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

The typical withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes. 96won aims to process all withdrawal requests within this timeframe, subject to:

• Completion of the user account identity verification.
• Bonus wagering requirements having been fully met.
• No suspicious or fraudulent activity identified on the account.
• The payment account details submitted being valid and accurate.

6. Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by 96won are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set at the time the offer is made. Bonus usage is governed by the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

The 96won welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value received applies.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• 96won reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of these Terms.
• VIP and cashback bonuses are calculated according to the applicable membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%).
• The wagering requirements for each other promotion will be stated separately at the time that offer is presented.

7. Game Rules

All games available at 96won, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games, are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Game results generated by the random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

Users agree that:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in situations involving technical issues that require adjustment.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 96won reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to the account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system is prohibited and will result in immediate action.

8. Prohibitions and Restrictions

96won users are strictly prohibited from:

• Opening or using a third-party account without written authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party program to access or manipulate the game system.
• Coordinating bets with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds that do not originate from a legitimate source or that are proceeds of illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner contrary to the intent of the offer.
• Sharing login credentials with any other individual, including family members.

9. Limitation of Liability

96won is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions or failures beyond the platform's control, including internet outages, third-party server downtime, or issues with the user's device.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the user.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Any action by authorities resulting from use of the platform in a manner that does not comply with local laws.

The 96won platform is provided "as is" and we make no ongoing guarantee of uninterrupted availability, although we always strive to keep the service running smoothly.

10. Account Termination

Users may close their 96won account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance (not subject to restrictions) will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.

96won reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• A material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of information that the user has self-excluded from gambling services.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Regulatory compliance requirements or orders from a competent authority.

11. Amendments to Terms
